These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the sixes6 platform, including the website accessible at https://sixes6.cam and any related services, applications or features made available by the operator ("Platform", "sixes6", "we", "us", "our").

sixes6 is an English-language online gaming information and wagering platform serving users in Pakistan and other jurisdictions where such services are lawfully accessible. By accessing the Platform, creating an account or placing any wager, you enter into a legally binding agreement with the operator and confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

In these Terms, the following words and expressions have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

To open and maintain an account on sixes6, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the minimum age required by the laws of your jurisdiction or by the operator's licence jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership or other legal entity.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and in a jurisdiction where such access is lawful.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which access to online gaming is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not been diagnosed with or are not currently seeking treatment for gambling addiction or related disorders.
• You are not a current employee, contractor or close family member of an employee of sixes6 or its affiliated operators.
• You have not previously been excluded, suspended or banned from sixes6 or any affiliated Platform.

Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on the sixes6 Platform. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information. You must notify us promptly of any changes to your registered details. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password at all times.
• You must not share your login credentials with any third party or permit any other person to access your account.
• You must notify sixes6 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• sixes6 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

sixes6 operates under applicable anti-money laundering ("AML") and Know Your Customer ("KYC") requirements. Before processing withdrawal requests or as otherwise required, we will ask you to verify your identity by submitting acceptable documentation.

Acceptable identity documents typically include, but are not limited to: a valid Pakistani national identity card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Proof of address and payment method verification may also be required.

sixes6 reserves the right to suspend account withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account closure. All KYC documents are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

All deposits made to your sixes6 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party sources are not permitted and will result in account suspension and return of funds where possible.

Available deposit methods are published in the cashier section of the Platform and are subject to change without prior notice. Payment methods referenced for context on this Platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — do not constitute endorsement by those providers of sixes6 or gambling transactions. Users must verify with their payment provider whether a particular transaction is permitted under that provider's terms.

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set per payment method and displayed at the point of transaction.
• Deposits are normally credited within the processing time applicable to the selected payment method.
• sixes6 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or network interruptions.
• Cryptocurrency deposits (BTC, USDT and others as available) are subject to network confirmation times and conversion rates at the time of deposit.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used to make a deposit, subject to operator-specific policies. The Platform reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.

• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are stated in the cashier at the time of request.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of request. These are target timelines and not guaranteed.
• Bonus funds that have not completed the required wagering rollover are not withdrawable and will be deducted from the withdrawal amount.
• sixes6 reserves the right to impose additional review periods for large withdrawals or where fraud indicators are present.

sixes6 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback promotions, referral rewards and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms which take precedence in the event of any conflict with these general Terms.

• Each bonus carries a wagering requirement that must be met before associated winnings become withdrawable. The applicable multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• A maximum bet limit applies while a bonus is active. Placing bets exceeding this limit during an active bonus may result in bonus cancellation and forfeiture of associated winnings.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games may contribute 100% while live casino and table games may contribute a lower percentage or zero.
• Bonuses are valid for a specified period. Any bonus not used or fully wagered within the validity window will be removed from your account without compensation.
• sixes6 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time. Suspected bonus abuse — including, but not limited to, using multiple accounts, colluding with other users or exploiting technical errors — will result in disqualification and may result in account closure.

All sports bets and casino wagers are placed at your own risk and discretion. Specific rules applicable to individual sports markets, casino games and other wagering products are published within the respective sections of the Platform and form part of these Terms.

sixes6 offers betting markets on a range of sports including Pakistan cricket, PSL fixtures, ICC tournaments, international football, UFC and other live sporting events. Odds are displayed in decimal format by default, with fractional and American formats available. Implied probability and margin information is available within the relevant market pages.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended except in circumstances where the Platform expressly permits such actions (e.g., cash-out feature, where available).
• sixes6 reserves the right to void bets placed on events where results are affected by obvious errors in odds, corrupted data feeds or force majeure events.
• Winnings are credited to your account balance upon settlement. Settlement timelines depend on event completion and result verification.
• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or live dealer processes. RTP figures shown on game pages are certified by the applicable testing body.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the sixes6 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, termination, forfeiture of balance and referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one account, whether under the same or different details.
• Providing false, inaccurate or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing or any other financial crime.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or technical errors to gain unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other users or using automated tools, bots or scripts to place bets.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy or distribute any part of the Platform's software or content.

sixes6 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide tools that allow users to manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible from within the Platform account settings without the need to contact support.

All content on the sixes6 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, software, game assets and documentation — is the proprietary property of the operator or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without prior written consent from sixes6.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, sixes6 and its operators, directors, employees and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, technical failures or any unauthorised access to your account.

sixes6 makes no warranty — express or implied — that the Platform will be available continuously, error-free or free from viruses or harmful components. Platform maintenance, technical failures or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded at law.

sixes6 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Chargebacks or disputed payment transactions initiated by the user.
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from competent authorities.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, any outstanding balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where closure is not the result of user breach, sixes6 will return legitimate real-money balances through an appropriate payment method following KYC verification.

You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Self- exclusion requests under our Responsible Gambling Policy will be processed promptly and are irrevocable for the duration of the exclusion period selected.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its primary gaming licence. Details of the applicable licensing jurisdiction are available on request and will be stated in the operator's licence disclosure.

sixes6 operates under an international gaming licence and does not hold or claim any licence issued by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan or any other Pakistani regulatory body. Users in Pakistan are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the Platform complies with applicable local law.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the operator's licensing jurisdiction unless otherwise required by mandatory applicable law.

sixes6 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, users will be notified via email to the registered address and/or via an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

The effective date of the current version is stated at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you must close your account before the changes take effect.
